  Dont bother. I specifically asked if the steaks are really prepared the way the guide showed and was told yes. WRONG! When ordering she said if it wasn't right she would take it back for more cooking. I did send it back, she took the entire plate to the back in fact but when she came back to the table the steak was on a little plate and the rest of the food was??? When I said something she went back for it but by then all of that food was cold and the others had almost finished eating so I ended up getting a to go box. Service was slow there too. Too had because there aren't many restaurants to choose from here in the valley

  This Chili's is always hit or miss, you have a 50/50 chance of it being great, or the worst place ever. I've came in before and waited 25 minutes to make my drink order, and other times I've came in, ordered, ate and left in 40 minutes. I've came in and ate some of the best ribs ever and I've eaten left over garbage cooked under the heat lamp. This place has made me so disgusted with the food and service I stopped coming for months and other times I'll go back a couple times a month. I feel like if this Chili's was managed better it could be a consistently great restaurant. But for now you win some and you loose some, really don't know what you might get food and service wise.
